After the Scotland head coach Scot Gemill, the Toulon Tournament hosted another British man. A few months before the beggining of the competition, the FA Wales teams operations manager Dominic Kennedy came to the South of France. Between two visits, he spoke about the Wales' participation in the next Tournament in June. The first time for the Dragons. Interview.
