Maurice Revello Tournament Team of the Month for September
The Team of The Month is back ! Each month, we select the TOTM featuring only Maurice Revello Tournament graduates who have shone with their clubs and/or their national teams. Let’s take a look at the players who stole the show in September.
Steve Mandanda (Olympique de Marseille) : Contrary to his side which earned mixed results since the start to the season, the Maurice Revello Tournament 2005 best goalkeeper made a string of strong performances and helped Marseille to avoid some defeats thanks to some stunning saves.

Romain Perraud (Stade Brestois 29) : Two goals and two assists this month for the French left-back, seen at the Maurice Revello Tournaments 2017 and 2018. These statistics illustrate the strong start to the season made by the former Nice player.
Marquinhos (Paris Saint-Germain) : Even if his team struggled during the first games of the season, the Maurice Revello Tournament 2014 winner has been in good form. The PSG new captain has notably found the net against Nice.
Nayef Aguerd (Stade Rennais) : Signed this summer from Dijon, the Maurice Revello Tournament 2015 runner-up has adapted quickly to his new team. The Morocco international has scored two goals and helped Rennes to earn three wins, enough to be at the top of the French Ligue 1.

Ross McCrorie (Aberdeen) : If Aberdeen are currently shining, this is notably thanks to their young midfielder who scored one goal and has been in good form. Three years after his participation at the Maurice Revello Tournament with Scotland, it’s maybe a breakthrough season for the Scottish youngster.
James Rodriguez (Everton) : This is what we call an express adaptation. Signed from Real Madrid at the beginning of the month, the Colombian star, best player of the Maurice Revello Tournament 2011, has produced three strong performances rewarded by one goal, one assist, three man-of-the-match awards and three wins in a row with Everton.
